Dumbbells & Deputies

Wondering what type of strength and endurance it takes to train for the Academy? Come work out with our deputies and find out!

The first half of the event will feature a Career Assistance Program workshop learning about the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s endless opportunities and have a chance to ask any questions about the department or application process.

The second half will move into the workout portion, where deputies and tactical officers will host a class featuring a high intensity interval circuit of various bodyweight and cardio exercises.

The event will be outdoors, please dress accordingly. Those interested should wear workout attire and bring water. The event will start promptly at 3pm.
