Dumbbells & Deputies
Wondering what type of strength and endurance it takes to train for the Academy? Come work out with our deputies and find out!
The first half of the event will feature the workout portion of the event, where deputies and tactical officers host a class featuring a high intensity interval circuit of various bodyweight and cardio exercises.
The second half will feature a Career Assistance Program workshop where applicants will learn about the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s endless opportunities and have a chance to ask any questions about the department or application process.
The event will be outdoors, please dress accordingly. Those interested should wear workout attire and bring water. The event will start promptly at the time advised.
*Participants must be 18 or older.
